Morgan L. Rice joined Lesnevich, Marzano-Lesnevich, O’Cathain & O’Cathain, LLC as an associate to practice exclusively family law. Prior to joining the firm she practiced at the Law Offices of Jeff Henninger, Esq. for seven years.
Morgan served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa P. Thornton, who was then Monmouth County’s Presiding Family Part Judge. Since then, she has represented clients throughout New Jersey in matrimonial, non-dissolution, and other family court matters.
Morgan obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Claremont McKenna College and her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2012. In law school, Morgan served as a notes editor for the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and on the board of the Prisoners’ Rights and Education Project. Morgan is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
A California native, Morgan has created more than a dozen pieces of boxed art since the onset of the pandemic.
